Meet Our Founder & CEO

Dear Friends and Supporters,

I’m Llyasah Dupree, Founder and CEO of Find the Beauty Within You Foundation. I started this foundation with one simple belief: everyone deserves the chance to succeed, no matter their circumstances.

Throughout my experiences, I’ve seen how barriers — financial, social, or physical — can prevent talented and motivated individuals from reaching their full potential. That’s why we do more than talk about opportunity — we create it.

At Find the Beauty Within You, we empower individuals from underserved communities through vocational training, workforce development, and meaningful career pathways. We proudly support:

• Low-income families

• Single parents

• Veterans

• People with disabilities

• Individuals receiving welfare or social security

We go beyond education. By providing tuition assistance, childcare, transportation, gas, uniforms, and tools, we help remove the barriers that can hold people back. Our goal is simple: to help every person grow, succeed, and discover the beauty within themselves.
